Q: Is there a contract involved with this service?

Yes, we offer 6, 8 and 12 month contracts.

Q: Do you recruit outside of CareerPlug?

Yes, however it is not typical practice as we mainly use CareerPlug as the main hiring source ensuring that we have multiple job postings to cover any applicant searches. Note: At least one job posting within an Agent’s CareerPlug is refreshed daily to ensure that we can prompt the job posting as one of the top Indeed options. We have used LinkedIn, Handshake accounts with local colleges/universities and Ziprecruiter as options. We stay current with hiring trends.
