What does Powered by Performance do?
We handle the full recruiting cycle for your agency. This includes sourcing candidates, managing job postings, screening applicants, conducting interviews (depending on your package), and helping guide you through the hiring process from start to finish.
What types of roles can you help us hire for?
We support a wide range of roles including:
- Sales (licensed or unlicensed)
- Service team members
- Full-time and part-time roles
- In-office, remote, and hybrid positions
What’s the difference between Gold and Platinum packages?
Both packages include sourcing, job posting management, and candidate screening.
Platinum goes further by offering:
- Formal interviews and role-play evaluations
- Reference checks
- Candidate coaching and prep
- Hiring recommendations and consultation
Gold is more streamlined, while Platinum is a fully hands-on recruiting partnership.
Do you guarantee hires?
We don’t guarantee a specific number of hires. However, we do guarantee consistent effort in sourcing and presenting qualified candidates.
We also offer a placement guarantee if certain conditions are met (see below).
What is your placement guarantee?
If you do not hire a candidate during the initial 6-month term, and you’ve actively participated in the process, we will:
- Waive the placement fee on your first hire after the term
- Provide one additional month of service at no cost
This applies as long as job postings remain active, feedback is timely, and hiring expectations are reasonable.
How quickly do I need to respond to candidates?
We ask for feedback within 24 business hours after candidate submission.
Fast feedback is critical to securing top talent and is also required to maintain eligibility for the placement guarantee.
How much does it cost?
- Gold Package: $350/month
- Platinum Package: $500/month
There is also a placement fee of 2.5% of the candidate’s annual base salary (minimum $1,000) once you hire a candidate we introduced.
When do placement fees apply?
A placement fee applies if you hire a candidate introduced by us within 12 months of their initial introduction, even if the hire occurs after your agreement ends.
What happens if I don’t move forward with a candidate?
If you decline a candidate or don’t respond within 24 hours, we reserve the right to present that candidate to other agencies.
Can I hire a candidate directly without paying a fee?
No. Any candidate introduced by Powered by Performance is protected under a non-circumvention agreement for 12 months, meaning placement fees still apply.
What are my responsibilities as a client?
To get the best results, we ask that you:
- Keep job postings active
- Provide timely feedback
- Participate in interviews
- Offer competitive compensation
These are key to attracting and securing strong candidates.
How long is the agreement?
- Initial term: 6 months
- After that: month-to-month with 30 days’ notice to cancel
Do you guarantee employee performance?
We provide thoroughly vetted candidates, but we cannot guarantee employee performance, retention, or long-term outcomes.

Does the agreement automatically renew?
Yes. After the initial 6-month term, the agreement automatically transitions to a month-to-month arrangement.
You can cancel at any time after the initial term with 30 days’ written notice.
Do I need to commit long-term?
The initial commitment is 6 months to allow enough time to build a strong candidate pipeline and deliver results. After that, you have the flexibility of a month-to-month agreement with no long-term obligation.
